Emily F. Eckman, CPA
She brings a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational know-how, and a deep understanding of what makes businesses thrive. With extensive leadership experience as a CFO and Director of Finance and Operations, Emily has spent her career guiding organizations through complexity to achieve clarity and growth. She has led diverse teams across finance, HR, transportation, facilities, development, programs, and food service—delivering strategic oversight and operational excellence for nonprofits and mission-driven businesses alike.
She founded TEEG to create a more approachable, action-oriented consulting experience—one where leaders feel supported, confident, and ready to grow. Her favorite work happens at the intersection of strategy and systems, where people feel both seen and set up for success.
